OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard:  a. On or about 4/30/2014, at the above addressed job site, employees were disassembling a 5-tier shelving unit and did not secure the vertical uprights of a shelving unit to prevent from falling and striking employees working from inside a vertical lift.
