29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At The LaQunita Inn and Suites Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about May 1, 2014 and at times prior the employer allowed his employees to work from an elevated aerial lift basket without any fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 35 feet to the ground below.
