29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: (a) Blanchfield Army hospital, T650 Joel Drive, Ft. Campbell, KY - On or about 5/1/14, the propane tank was not protected against collision which could result in explosion and fire hazards. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
