Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a) 1803 Parkview Dr., Monroe, LA; On or about 5/01/14, the employer allowed employees to apply wood to the exterior of a building from a scaffold that was not equipped with a ladder for access and egress. The work platform was 13 feet above the ground.
