29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.     204 Elaine St., Lakewood:  On or about 04/29/2014 three Twins General Contractor LLC employees were observed conducting residential roofing activities without fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet.  The Controlling Employer, MAC Maintenance LLC, had not developed an accident prevention program that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons.       NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
