29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 204 Elaine St., Lakewood: On or about 04/29/2014 three Twins General Contractor LLC employees, roofing workers, were observed installing roof shingles on a multi-story single family residence undergoing a major renovation project. The workers were not using fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet.
