29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 12 Bartlett Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901: Employees were observed performing waterproofing operations at a height of approximately 30 feet to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing employees to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about May 3, 2014. Juan Santiago Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 862723, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 7, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 309 Old Georges Road, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.
