Small Spray Booth - On or about May 5, 2014, employees were spray painting with flammable paints (Class 1C or Category 3) where the ventilation for the dry filtered booth was recorded at an average of 55 fpm and the spray booth did not have visible gauges or an audible alarm to inform employees that the minimum air flow level was not being maintained.
