29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Location - Ammonia Etch Room: On or about May 5, 2014, the eyewash and safety shower was not suitable in that it was blocked by stored materials, the handle for the shower was secured to the ceiling out of reach of employees, and it was not regularly inspected to ensure that it was operable and clean.
