29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    a) Left wall over garage: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while working from a scaffold platform that did not have a complete guardrail system or other acceptable means of fall protection in place, on or about 4/28/14.      G.A.J Construction LLC  was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956011, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/14/14, with respect to a workplace located at 123 Carpenter St., Wayne NJ.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)       a) Left side wall: Employee engaged in siding activity without any acceptable means of fall protection in place was walking over the garage roof in order to access a scaffold platform, being exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet, on or about 04/28/14.       G.A.J Construction LLC  was previously cited for a serios violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956011, citation number 01, item number 04 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/14/14, with respect to a workplace located at 123 Carpenter St., Wayne NJ.
