OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of a fall from elevation:    (a) East side, Cumberland Diamond Exchange located at 2800 Cumberland Blvd. SE, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 13-feet, 4-inches to the ground level, while accessing a roof. The employees were using a SkyJack (SJ111-3129DC) Scissor Lift. The employees failed to keep both feet firmly positioned on the platform floor at all times. The employees climbed the scissor lift's guardrails to access the roof of the building.
