29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about May 6, 2014, at the Folks Restaurant, 4286 Lavista Road, Tucker, Georgia: An employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 14.6-feet when he worked on the approximately 6/12 sloped roof without using fall protection.
