29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) A.) Wm. T. Spaeder, Co., Inc., 12220 YMCA Drive, Edinboro, PA 16412, on or about May 5, 2014 and times prior thereto: Employees utilize Tyco TFP-500 Blazemaster CPVC Cement for the installation of fire protection systems. The MSDS for the Tyco TFP-500 Blazemaster CPVC Cement was not available on-site for employees to access.
