Inside of the Tire Room, employee(s) were exposed to a struck-by hazard due to a possible unplanned collapse of two shelving units that were not anchored:    One method of abatement to correct this apparent hazard is to anchor each shelving unit with a sufficient number of column base plates and anchor bolts as required by ANSI MH16.1-2012, paragraph 1.4.7.
