29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 159 Rosewood Lane, Port Reading, NJ 07064. The employer allowed his employee to work in an area where he was exposed to falling roofing materials and tools while not wearing any head protection, i.e. hard hat. Condition occurred on or about 05/06/14.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 159 Rosewood Lane, Port Reading, NJ 07064. The employer allowed his employee to work on and from the roof doing rip and tear along with the new installation of roofing materials with no fall protection systems in place. Condition occurred on or about 05/06/14.
