29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: Employees were exposed to injury from a projectile hazard. Tongue guards were not provided for the abrasive wheels on the red, 10 inch bench grinder, located in the fabrication area adjacent to the adhesive booth. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement for the above violation was verified at the time of the inspection, no certification is required.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers: Employees were exposed to an electrical shock/electrocution hazard in the fabrication area next to the adhesive booth. In the compressor filter box, the 220 volt junction box was not provided with a cover. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement for the above violation was verified at the time of the inspection, no certification is required.
