(a) New Football Field House Building, North Side Wall - On or about May 6, 2014 two employees were exposed to fall hazard when installing sheet metal on a wall from a personnel work platform attach to a JLG telehandler. The width of the personnel work platform exceeded the width of the JLG telehandler by a total of at least six feet.
