29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): Industrial truck(s) in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks. (a) New Football Field House Building, North Side Wall - On or about May 6, 2014 two employees were exposed to fall hazard when installing sheet metal on a wall from a personnel work platform attach to a JLG telehandler. The width of the personnel work platform exceeded the width of the JLG telehandler by a total of at least six feet.
