29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:    (a) 362 South Front Street, Steelton Pennsylvania - An exit door was locked, thus preventing the unobstructed egress from the building in the event of a fire, on or about May 7, 2014.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
