29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i)(D): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by elevation of 2.44 m (8.0 ft) or more above the floor or other working surface: a) Building 779; Fire Truck Maintenance; Tire Shop; The florescent light over the workbench measured 7 feet 10 inches and was not guarded. b) Building 779; Fire Truck Maintenance; Tire Shop; The florescent light located over the pry-bars measured 7 feet 10 inches and was not guarded. c) Building 779; Fire Truck Maintenance; Main Bay; The florescent light fixture located over the MSDS books and LOTO station measured 7 feet 10 inches and was not guarded. d) Building 779; Fire Truck Maintenance; Main Bay; The Florescent light fixture located over the CTK99 red workbench/ tool box measured 7 feet 10 inches and was not guarded. e) Building 779; Fire Truck Maintenance; Main Bay; The florescent light fixture located over the large red workbench and tool box measured 7 feet 10 inches and was not guarded.
