29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On and before 03/24/2014, at the address of 7675-7693 Plaza Blvd., Mentor OH, the employer failed to ensure that employees completing re-face/EFIS and crown work on the cut-out of a commercial building were trained in the appropriate use of fall protection. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, personal fall arrest systems or devices.
