Worksite located at 17889 Chicago Street, Omaha, NE:  In the North stair tower on the 1st level, there was a light string were the splice left exposed live parts operating at 120 volts.  The splice was attempted using wire nuts and electrical tape but left the energized conductor exposed.        Abatement certification is required for this violation. The insulation was stripped back and the wire was spliced using wire nuts.       Abatement certification is required for this violation.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
