29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i): The employer did not provide a respirator that was adequate to protect the health of the employee under routine and reasonably foreseeable emergency situations: Employees mixing mud on drilling rig #5 located at SEC 12, TWP 31, R 12, 2970 fsl, 2310 fel, near Medicine Lodge, Kansas were exposed to chemical burns to their lungs from caustic soda in that there were no respirators (dust masks) provided.
