29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented. 2050 Lincoln St., Blair, NE 68008 (Job-site): The employer is failing ensure that fall protection was provided for employees. There was a subcontractor company performing work on a residential roof approximately 11 feet high and none of the employees were wearing fall protection. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.
