29 CFR 1910.110(d)(10): Precautions were not taken to prevent damage to LP gas system(s) from vehicular traffic: a/ Archilla/Edison NJ Site: Terminal. Shipping/Receiving Yard: Two metal cages (12 tank capacity) used to store standard size Propane tanks for industrial trucks were stored near the ramp used for forklift travel. Propane tanks were not distanced a minimum 10 ft. from traffic. Observed on/or about 05/08/2014.
