(B) Inside the freezer on the left side of the doorway near the freezer's doorway threshold ice was accumulating creating a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.30(b)(2): Aisles shall be provided of sufficient width to permit the free movement of employees bringing and removing material. This aisle space is to be independent of working and storage space. Location: Cumberland Farms Store # 4740, 1101 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824 Aisles and passage ways were not a sufficient width to permit the free movement of employees in the following instances: (A) The aisle way in the storage area contained boxes of fountain soda refills that reduced the aisle's width to 21 inches wide and 16 inches wide. (B) The aisle way in the cooler contained empty milk crates and crates of eggs that reduced the aisle's width to 24 inches wide. (C) The aisle way in the rear of the cooler contained stacked trays of soda that reduced the aisle's width to 14 inches wide.
