Crossbraces were used as a means of access: (a) On or about 05/07/2014 - at Building B, 115 Greensboro Ave., Tuscaloosa, AL, the distance between the ground and the point of access to the fabricated frame scaffold was about 2-feet 10-inches and no other ladder or means of access was available.
