29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Instance 1) Trinity Lake Apartments: an employee in the process of balcony work on the 2nd story balcony was exposed to a 10" 7 and 7/8th inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized. Instance 2) Trinity Lake Apartments: an employee in the process of balcony work on the 3rd floor balcony was exposed to a 21" 3 and 3/4 inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized.
