29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage: (a)At room 343's hallway door: An extension cord was pinched between the top of a metal door and door frame. The flexible cord powered a 110 VAC iron used to seal carpet seams. Employees that used the flexible cord and iron were exposed to the hazard of contacting electricity.
