29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a/ Northeast Roof Maintenance, Inc./774 Washington Rd. Parlin, NJ 08859: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a roof with an eave height of approx. 15' were not using a fall protection system. Condition observe on/or about 5/07/14. Northeast Roof Maintenance, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315174607, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/17/11, with respect to a workplace located at 85 Denville St., Denville, NJ 07834.
