29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) On or about May 2, 2014- job site at 67-04 Cloverdale Blvd, Oakland Gardens, NY 11364 Employer permitted an employee to work under the overhead removal of vinyl siding without a protective helmet. This exposed the employee to head trauma from falling siding and tools. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
