29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: On or about May 7, 2014 the employer did not ensure that outlet boxes in the following locations were provided with a cover that would prevent accidental contact with live electrical current exposing employees to electrical hazards: a) in the shop, to the right of the door entrance from the offices; b) on the west side of the parts bin.
