29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by moving parts and pinch points:  a) Paramount Die Corporation/Production Area - on or about May 9, 2014, one or more methods of guarding were not utilized to safe guard the pinch point on the Atom Die Cutting machine.  The pinch point was formed by the moving hold down that secures the foam and the machines table.  Personnel could reach under the current guard to access the pinch point created by the hold down.
