29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): The all-terrain forklift did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks.  a) Ocean Springs Hospital - On or about May 7, 2014, the Genie GTH-644 all-terrain forklift was unsafe.  The following safety discrepancies existed at the time of the inspection:  1. The rear tires were worn down to the tire carcass.  The front tires were slick. 2. The horn located on the steering wheel was disconnected and removed.
