29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board.    59 Hodges Crossroads, North Adams, MA    On May 13, 2014 and at times prior, employees operated overhead cranes adjacent to dip tanks that were 10 inches lower than the 42 inch standard top rail height, exposing them to hazards of acidic and caustic liquids.
