29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(2): Foot traffic was not prohibited on stairways where treads and/or landings of pan stairs were to be filled with concrete or other material at a later date and stairs were not temporarily fitted with concrete or other material at a later date and stairs were not temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material at least to the top edge of each pan. a) Southeast interior stairway of facility located at 11575 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, GA. Employees had accessed the second story via an interior metal stairway. The steel stair pans of the stairway neither had been filled with concrete nor were they temporarily filled with wood or another solid material.
