29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.    The employer failed to certify the abatement of the following cited items:    a) Electrical receptacles used to energize electrical tools were not rated for outdoor use.    b) Electrical cords were not inspected nor was there a ground fault circuit interrupter used for employees when using electrical tools.    c) Outdoor extension cords used to energize electrical hand tools were missing ground prongs.    d) Employer did not assess silica exposures when the employees were required to remove old stucco and cut cement board containing silica.
