29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Throughout Facility - On or about May 7, 2014, employees using cleaning chemicals to include, but not limited to Quaternary Sanitizer, Floor Cleaner, Degreaser, Glass Cleaner, Detergent, General Purpose Cleaner, have not been provided information and training required by this section. Abatement Note: Employees shall be informed of the items outlined (h)(2)(i) through (h)(2)(iii) and training shall include at least the topics outlined in (h)(3)(I) through (h)(3)(iv).
