29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program:    Micro Stamping Corporation dba Micro/Somerset, NJ- Back Press Room: The employer did not monitor noise exposure for  employees working in the production area on machines such as, but not limited to Saga 80 ton presses (Orions).  Employee operating the press was exposed to continuous noise levels of 88.40dBA for an 8-hour TWA, which is equivalent to dose of  80.13%.  These levels exceeded OSHA Action Level of 85 dBA. Sampling time was 410 minutes.  Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled time periods.     Condition observed on or about October 9, 2014.
