29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a)745 Kearny Ave, Kearny, NJ:The employer allowed his employee to work from a scaffold in excess of 24 feet to the ground below without utilizing any type of fall protection in place, i.e. guardrail system, exposing him to fall hazards. Violation observed on or about 4/26/14.
