29 CFR 1926.152(d)(2): A portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20-B units was not located between 25 feet and 75 feet from flammable liquid storage area(s) located outside: (a) Jobsite - On or about April 16, 2014 employees were exposed to fire hazards while working or walking near diesel and gasoline tanks and they were not protected by a fire extinguisher mounted 25 to 75 feet away.
