29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite, Lakeshore Apartments, Building 2, Lakeshore Drive, Watervliet, NY 12189 - On or about May 13, 2014 employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet and not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system while conducting roofing work on a steep slope roof (6vertical/12horizontal) on this building. Star Roofing and Restoration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3137606, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at 377 River Street, Troy, N. Y. 12180.
