29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: The Sentry North Appliance Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943705, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 845 Niagara Falls Boulevard, Amherst, NY 14226. a) Showroom Area - On or about 05/13/14, mold was growing on the inner wall of the office area and was not properly cleaned up. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
