29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. On or about October 13, 2014, at the above referenced job site, the employer did not have the safety data sheet for chemicals such as, but not limited to Gasoline and Two Cycle oil also known as Stihl 2 Stroke to fuel the equipment employees use when performing landscaping operations.
