29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) Escorpion Roofing @ 8092 E 50th Drive, Denver, CO 80216: On and before February 14th, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees engaged in roofing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falling by an adequate fall protective measures.
