29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: (a) North side, All Saints Anglican Church located at 149 Ebenezer Road, Fayetteville, GA 30215: An employee was exposed to falls while working from the top guardrail of the Genie S-60X Aerial Lift basket at heights of approximately 19-feet from the lower level. The employee installing decorative timber truss tails from the top rail was wearing a personal fall arrest system but failed to work from the floor of the aerial lift basket.
