29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 892 Blakeslee Blvd Drive West, Lehighton, PA; Employees were removing a 5/12 pitch roof section 10 feet 5 inches above the ground without the use of fall protection, on or about 05/12/14. Major-Minor Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 455833, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/10/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2600 E High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464.
