29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) For employees working at 4690 Turnberry Lake Drive in Estero, as observed on or about May 09, 2014. Employees were observed installing metal flashing on a roof with a 6:12 pitch. The eave to ground height was approximately 40 feet and the employees had no fall protection system in place. b) For employees working at 4690 Turnberry Lake Drive in Estero, as observed on or about May 09, 2014. Employees were observed removing tile roofing on a roof with a 6:12 pitch. The eave to ground height measured 9 feet 4 inches and the employees had no fall protection system in place. c) For employees working at 4680 Turnberry Lake Drive in Estero, as observed on or about May 09, 2014. Employees were observed removing tile roofing on a roof with a 6:12 pitch. The eave to ground height measured 9 feet 4 inches and the employees had no fall protection system in place.
