Main Street, Doylestown - On or about May 14, 2014, employees are engaged in roofing work on a low slope roof, which is less than 50 wide in its least dimension and no less than 10 feet above grade, and the assigned safety monitor is engaged in duties drawing his attention away from the monitoring function.
