29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: (a) Front side, new residential construction located on Lot #39 Wynnward Way, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while operating a IMC-Atlas COPCO (Model - T29S) 8-Gallon Air Compressor without the belt guard in place. Employee operating this equipment was exposed to moving belts and pulleys as the moving parts were not guarded.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) Second floor, new residential construction located on Lot #39 Wynnward Way, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 10-feet, 9-inches to the lower level while engaged in framing activities on the second floor walking/working surface with no fall protection system in place.
