29 CFR 1926.416(e)(2): Extension cords shall not be fastened with staples, hung from nails, or suspended by wire. (a)Dennis Olivas Trucking, Inc. dba American Demolition @ 1300 W. 120th Ave., Westminster, CO 80234: On and before May 14th, 2014, the employer allowed employees to suspend extension cords by wire from the ceiling. The condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
